SWISS CHARD WITH POTATOES AND CARROTS


INGREDIENTS :

Swiss chard
Potatoes
Carrots
Olive oil
Salt
Vinegar

TIME: 30 minutes

PREPARATION :
First, you wash the swiss chard.Then, peel, wash and cut the potatoes and carrots.Next, you put all the ingredients in a sauce pan with water and boil them for 20 minutes.After that, when the vegetables are tender, drain the water and finally serve with salt, olive oil and vinegar or melon and enjoy your meal !
