carrot cake by Andrea

  carrot cake  delicious!!!

Time: 50 min.

Ingredients: 
250g of carrots
100g of flour
75g of sugar
600g of butter
20g of yeast
2 eggs
a glass of carrot juice
gelatine


Preparation:
Mixture the carrots raper with the flour , the yeast and the middle of sugar. Separate the clears of the yolks.
Defeat this with the rest of the sugar and incorporate the preparation preceding .Defeat the clears whites and 
add the masse in two times. Empty the masse into a model grease and inflour and bake in a furnace during 
30 min . Dip the gelatine in could water 10 min . Hot the juice, add the gelatine and wait for disposing.
