strawberry cheese Cakes by Eva and Liz

Line baking pan of cake dough and bake according to package instructions.For filling, boil the cream carefully that you do not hold.Gets the gelatine soak in water cool 10 minutes.Pull it out, tighten with hands to escruir water, incorporated into the saucepan of hot cream and stir well. Empty the containers of cheese in a bowl, pour over the mixture of gelatin and cream and mix well with the varritas.Pour over the mold already cold and let it set at room temperature. When this cold filling, cover the surface with strawberries cut into pieces or fillets.Heat the jam in the microwave for blending process and cover the strawberries.

ingredients:

1 package of pasta brisa 3 tubs of cream cheese 1/4 litre cream 3 gelatin sheets, 400 g of strawberries washed and threaded and Strawberry Jam

ingredients:

 2 packages of cream cheese
 2/3 cup granulated of white sugar
 2 eggs
1/3 cup of sur cream
1/3 cup of heavy whipping cream 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 


Preparation:

In a large bowl use an electric mixer to blend cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy ,1 to 2 minutes .Add the eggs one at a time . Mix in the soun crean , whippiog , crean and vanilla . Finally pour  enaugh water so that there is about an inch of  water
