carrot cream:  it's delicious!!

We are going to explain how to do a carrot cream

TIME: 1 hour and 15 min.

INGREDIENTS:                                                 TOOLS:

500 g of carrots                                                    a pot                      
100 g of pumpkin                                                 a mixer
200 g of tomatoes                                                a food mill                                           
1 onion 
1 bouillon cube
1 egg  
oil and salt.

HOW TO MAKE IT:

First we put a liter of water in a pot, we add the bouillon cube and we heat it.
Then we heat a little of oil in the pot and fry the onion, peeled and choped, we leave for 10 min, 
stirring to prevent burning.
After that, we add the cfarrots peeled and choped, the pumpkin with out skin and cut into pieces and tomatoes washed and diced. And then we sauté all together. 
Then we separate a cup of bouillon and we put the rest over the vegetables; we put a little bit of salt and we cook it for about 40 min.
Finally we crashed the egg´s yolk and we mix it with the reserved bouillon. We heat it and then we pass it through the food mill over the other bowl.
